I dont want to steal Shake's thunder, but I will tell you that I was also very pleased after the agm. We met most all of the players, and I was very impressed with Larry, Les, Ian and Paul. They were very open and candid about numerous items. They have a tiger by the tail and are trying to harness it in. Things look good on both the legal and land fronts. I met Vince and we shared a lot of laughs. I will leave everyone these tantilizing tidbits:

1. House preliminary reports, just received, will be posted on the MDIN webpage as soon as they can do it. The reports, although only preliminary, look good.

2. Final Chilean hearing is scheduled to take place tomorrow. Quijano feels very confident regarding MDIN position.

3. It was disclosed and is now public that ASARCO has indeed been on Santiago properties.

4. MDIN filed a lawsuit yesterday against one known as StaggerLee.

Vince took very good notes. Vince, as I have typed this from memory, please correct me if any of my points are mistaken.

The company expressed a genuine concern regarding improving communications to shareholders and opening up the company to shareholder input. IMHO they will be using their web page more often to post info such as reports and financial documents. BTW, we were told that the audited financial documents are on there way. They just received the certified financials documents from Chile last week (which were in Spanish and have to be translated). Also, US auditor may want to go to Chile to verify things.

They had copies of all pertinent MDIN documents for anyone's review, ie contracts etc. I didnt have time to review them, but was very pleased at their openness and candor.

Overall, I am very pleased with our company.
