Pembina October 1998 Cash Distribution

CALGARY, Oct. 20 /CNW/ - The Board of Trustees of Pembina Pipeline Income
Fund has approved the cash distribution to Unitholders for the month of
October. The distribution, totalling $4,994,000 or $0.08 per Trust Unit, will
be payable to Unitholders of record October 31, 1998 and will be paid on
November 13, 1998. With this distribution, the Fund has paid $50 million or 80
cents per Unit to date for 1998, in line with expectations and on track to
meet the forecast 1998 full year cash distribution of $59.3 million or $0.95
per Trust Unit.
Pembina Pipeline Income Fund is a Canadian income fund engaged, through
its wholly-owned subsidiary Pembina Pipeline Corporation, in the
transportation of crude oil, condensate and natural gas liquids in Western
Canada. The Fund's units trade as instalment receipts on the Toronto Stock
Exchange under the symbol PIF.IR. The final instalment of $4.00 per unit is
due October 23, 1998
