This is why we selected NICE's advanced product range to complement our portfolio -- to further fulfill our customers' expectations for advanced total call center solutions." Benny Levin, Chairman and CEO of NICE Systems Ltd, said: "We are very pleased that Alcatel has chosen NICE's products as the preferred recording solutions for Alcatel's call center systems.
