Ron, you just don't give up do you. Regarding your interview with Nick Sargen from JPM.

You ask the question, and I paraphrase: Now what happens if the Fed makes another rate cut and we swing into 7400 in any event; what kind of message do you think that sends out?

Uh, Ron, they just made a rate cut and the market is up nearly a grand. Hello.

But you know you could have just as well asked the question: Now what happens if Yeltsin has a coronary and the Communists regain control of Russia and all its nuclear capabilities and simoultaneously China devalues and Intel really had been mistating its earnings for the past 7 quarters? Where do you think that puts us?

I cannot recall once ( which, of course, does not mean it did not happen :-) ) when during the correction you might have asked questions of your guests that were contoured in the other direction. Like, for instance: Could this all be just panic selling and reverse at the drop of a dime or a Fed rate cut?
