Same here Mel..... I have loaded my account with plenty of Gift at $1.00+/-.... Now, I'll just wait to see when all the defendants start settling... Anyone who thinks that the majority of the defendants will prefer to pay the lawyers more money than they would have to pay E-Data for licensing the patent is CRAZY.... Moreover.... those of you who think that the patent is too broad have no idea of what you are talking about.... this patent is VERY VERY specific.... and the plaintiff is being very careful on how it is interpreting same. Finally.... remember.... the burden of proof is on the defendants and with 18 licenses (and more which I am sure will settle soon).... the industry will have acquiesed to the validity of the same.... So, if you want to be smart... pick up a few thousand shares.... and you might just be laughing all the way to the bank. Later...
