I think you did miss it. 5000 shares means nothing. It is a drop in the bucket to us and to him. He owns 1/2 million shares. What difference does it make what price he has in mind? It doesn't matter if it's a limit order OR at the Ask...It is more symbolic then anything else. I have put in buy orders in INFE at the ASK and had it sit there all day long and only got 3/4 filled! And as an added insult, the Ask never moved!! There is absolutely nothing wrong with trying to squeeze the MMs if that is in fact what Mr.D is doing. I say more power to him, but, really what is all this fascination with whether or not Mr.D gets 5K filled. If he does, does it change anything?
