Maybe so, but I thought I saw Intel give Micron a $500 billion "investment" so it could continue building chips at a loss. Smaller lines on the same die size.
And Samsung will complete their Austin plant. Add recent legeslation inhibiting lawsuit proliferation. Add that congress isn't around to throw monkey wrenches in the works.

Seems, they can't afford to stay out of the glutted memory biz. This stock was oversold, sold well below assets+earnings power
and that is the principal "game" that was played. Think of a stock as good only for the current earnings period, and you're crazy scurrying about trying to devine the next seasonal craving.

What happened with Novellus?

The MMs can't control stocks such as cymi, nobody holds inventory overnight.

The fed will boost the market when it wants, and the market is responding. In the long run we are all dead but in the meantime dance while the night is still young. We may even turn down in S&P and contiunue to rise in MDY and RUT. I do expect to get clobbered again at some point, I just want to generate some cash in the meantime!
