This seems a bit complicated since Mobile PCs (Notebooks) generally have a wide range of input supply voltages - and some may even be low voltage AC.

As for me, I only fly a few times a year and I have had to use my own batteries - although the waiting lounges at most airports seem to have free wall outlets for recharging.
