I can't disagree with your reasoning except to say that without today's downgrade TIE could have moved up. Longer term it will move up. Short term, accumulating a great value on a downgrade is a reasonable strategy no matter what the short term trading range might be. I mean if analysts are so smart then why do they upgrade so much at the top and downgrade at or near the bottom? There are some real good reasons for this that give little or no advantage to the private investor who is caught unaware. Regards, Jeff
