Evan, congratulations on seeing the silver lining. Although I have lost major money, I am no doubt to stupid to learn anything. I will, however get the priviledge of hanging a Qdek stock certificate on my wall along with several others to commemorate my ignorance- my personal wall of shame. Their may be no earnings announcement, and I don't know that it matters. It doesn't matter whether you tender immediately or not. Securities laws require that if they get 51% at the .52 they must purchase the other shares at the same price.
