Reason for sell-off, according to CNBC: Alan Chernoff just reported that around 2PM Eastern, (supposed) cautionary comments about Dell's sales to large and medium-size accounts were made by A. Kumar of Piper Jeffray were making the rounds at the Exchanges...supposedly this was one of the main reasons (!) for the Naz sell-off....CNBC claims that they contacted Dell's investor relations about it, and investor relations stated that there have been no new and/or cautionary statements about this quarter or future quarters by Dell... It would be good (for all of us) to find out what this was all about...Kumar has been dead on about predicting problems in the PC industry , although, obviously his comments could have been taken out of context...Anyone know anything else? BTW- This is probably nothing but another buying opportunity..
