I understand your thinking about getting out. My thoughts several months ago both companies are very successful and knew what the street reaction would be. Why would they go through this merger if they don't see the benefits? Assuming they are not arrogant and I know what assume means. I should take some profits I am too deep into this one stock due to splits and great success....however still holding..... John
