I heard that Zomax has bid 100M for all of KAO Infosystems remaining operations. Has anyone else heard this? I somehow don't think that they can profitably digest an acquisition of this magnitude. KAO Infosystems lost 75M on 400M sales last year and this would would be an ego decision and not be a wise move for a company this small.
The KAO culture could have a strong negative impact on the "can do" culture that took Zomax to where it is.
