OAO Healthcare Solutions and Florida Health Care Plans Ink Contract for MC400 Managed Care Software System

CHATSWORTH, Calif., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- OAO Healthcare Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of OAO Technology Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: OAOT - news), today announced that it has signed an agreement to license its MC400 managed care information system to Florida Health Care Plans.

MC400 is a state-of-the-art information management system designed specifically for managed care organizations. The system uses leading-edge technology and automated work-flow processes to reduce operating costs by automating manual procedures and eliminating paper handling. MC400 incorporates the latest advances in EDI, Client Server, Internet communication, Data Warehousing and Document Imaging to maximize efficiency.
