Ok folks....Thundertime!!!!, Thanks Gary for not discussing the room mix up...LOL!!!!!!! Well folks, I really did enjoyed meeting with Gary, and meeting the players, and many lurkers there as well. I don't remember the exact number. Not counting the Medinah officers, maybe ten or so. It was without a doubt a pleasure to sit down for almost two hours before the agm. It was an "open door" conversation. The agm echoed some of the information that was relayed in the earlier meeting. The fact that they took the time to let us air our concerns was a big plus. Paul Jones and his wife were extremely pleasant, as well as Les, Larry, and Ian. Guys these folks have been working there butts off to try to succeed in a very very HOSTILE environment. Do you think that Dayton would like for us to succeed. There are many forces out there that are working against Medinah. Larry, Les, and Ian (whoops and Ralph) have all been threatened one way or another, because of one reason or another. Sure that comes with the territory and it surely will reward them and the Medinah shareholders should they succeed, but for now this BB stock with its trials and tribulations will have many obstacles to overcome. After meeting with them, if we the SI posters and lurkers had to choose someone that could give it their best shot...THESE are the guys that you want going to bat for you. Echoeing Gary's comments...1) Asarco did confirm G. House's findings. I'll leave it at that. Let's get Gordon's final drill estimate over the next week or so, (we need Geodatos' final report), then we will no how many drills, how deep, how $$$$, etc...I think once you see the report posted on the official Medinah website, it will be large. Not being a geologist it has things to say about large mantos and big phrophies and pants leg anomolies, mineralized bodies at depth, all that stuff. My interpretation of that info and whats awaiting is about 2 to 4 weeks before drills turn.
2) What Quijano is doing tomorrow is requesting to quash the lawsuits. Basically thow them out because nowhere can it be found they have a rightful claim on the properties in dispute. I did see current pictures of where the house, mill, etc. once stood. Its now been mined about 30' down. So you can see the magnitude if the FINAL Chilean court does quash what that means to the compensation and the ozs of Gold stolen from Medinah. You be the judge as to what impact it will have. I'll smile at my own interpretation. Medinah will not stand by and let posters on SI take fraudelent statements at the company, ie. thats why they filed against Staggerlee. So tone it down folks. Yall all now how I feel. I believe that no one should be allowed to express their opinion on the thread but be careful to not step on those toes..lol! I also expressed my opinion on the hypsters as well, so yes I will continue to challenge those folks. In other words lets try to use the OFFICIAL Medinah Website for our accurate communication line and SI as our sharing of thoughts and trivia in regards to the market, mining 101, etc..... 3) Creditibilty....the company will obviously gain that if they win the DAY suits, If not successful then I would think proven drill assays should be sufficient. Them not being successful when you have someone with the caliber of Juan Jose is almost a slam dunk..(my opinion and interpretation.4) Audited financials once the Chile financials are translated and sent to Utah and a trip by them to Chile in my opinion be complete in <30 days. We'll try to get updates on this. Suffice it to say there goes that creditibilty issue agaain, Once the 15c211 appear on the website which should be within a week, remember these will be unaudited but should show assets of about 12 milion. I know I wouldn't want to be short a stock trading below book with the light at the end of the tunnel (did I say that light looked as large as the sun)...5) Paul Jones did comment on the properties. My notes say about 12 weeks to get production going on the Puange Placer, the Caren has too many big boulders, but still very promising. In other words they'll get to that one later, For now you tell me which one you would like to produce. They still have to get some permits, and a few other things, but I think it will be soon.6) You be the judge as to what kind of information you need to make an investment. You also decide what information you want Medinah to protect. I think you will find that you would probably not want to hear a word if holding that info meant keeping someone from pulling the surrounding properties from you. Would you want Medinah to buy any additional properties or another company. I'll let you the shareholder decide. After armchair CEO ing this thing, I'll let these guys make those decisions with the current market conditions, etc. Suffice it to say they have made a few mistakes but I would have probably made those same ones. There are many many mant unscrpulous MMs out there as well as promotion firms. I'll leave it at that. You find the firm that want to take a BB mining stock that going to be the best one. Obviously you take what you can get at times. I don't think promotion will be a problem in the near future. 7) the Candaian lawsuit vs. Dayton has been set for April 2000...if tomorrow is successful what do you think that means on those and don't you think it raises the stakes a little and don't you think cannonballs will be fired back. It should be interesting!
Well thats enough for now..kids have to go to soccer games, and I'm having jet lag and roulette withdrawals ( I did win $200) Yahoooooo More later tonight....If you have some questions you might wait til my later update....
