Pressure cook it. Makes it tender, (rabbit too and deer and probably bear and bison but I havent cooked those) Little fat. No creamed anything on it, maybe some tomatoes with herbs is all. And if you add potatoes, they get tender too and kind of thicken the stew so it is mmmmmmgood and low fat and low chol. (I think).
