I too have been interested in ABCP since the Fortune article. I agree that there is little news to be found. I intend to fly to Washington within the next week or so to look at the court files for GLN, ABCP and MTOR. I'm an attorney, so hopefully I can find my way around, and maybe pick up some insight. I'm concerned about the FDIC's potential involvement in these cases. Also, I might possibly find some info about trial scheduling for these goodwill cases. I'll post any worthwhile information I find. Jim Sanders.
