Perhaps we now know why the stock price recovered from its fall to 40 cents. Of course, the resignation isn't effectiveright away...more time to draw salaries and do nothing. Since Kemp and Gordon, the two controversial ones, are out, it would seem that the pro-new-technology shareholders have exerted pressure to force these two out.

OK Jimmy, now it's your turn to get that stock price up again. You did it before and you can do it again!
