Sounds like your style of trading is very sensitive to minute-to minute market dynamics. I can definitely see how the cards are stacked against you in that light. NASD is of, by and for the Dealers, so, don't expect great improvements real soon. I position trade, so it really doesn't bother me that much. It was only one day, when I called myself daytrading EBAY, the day it IPOed that I found out the hard, expensive way what it's like at the center of the tornado trying to get out of the stock. "NEVER AGAIN"
