Hi Barbara, Yes, typically a station's (or in this case, a network's) Traffic Department (or Continuity Dept.) is responsible for scheduling the commercials. The engineers are responsible for putting the magazines in the video tape commercial spot players and running them automatically by computer control.

A station will run an audio tape recorder at 1-7/8 inches per second all day just for the purpose of verifying and proving that A particular commerical aired at the time contracted by the advertiser.

Anyway, all this overdone trivia just to get to the same point: email 'em! (I was just in one of those long-winded mooooods.) SO, proof is simply an email away!

best rgds,
