Michael,
The BC Provincial Gov't, Canadian Federal Gov't and California Gov't are all active "sponsors" of Ballard. Discussions with Chula Vista (I think this is also California) for fleet trials are also underway as we speak. I have no doubt that an announcement is forthcoming.

Ballard is not only working on fuel cells for vehicles, but stationary power plants. The fuel cells are very compact,and stackable so, utility companies, can add cells as demand increases. This will be great for both developed and developing companies.
