Michelle, if you have such a problem with SS and Medicare, why don't you support the Republicans that have tried to do something about these programs for YEARS and only wind up with the AARP and all the liberal groups running ads against them to turn "them" away from Republicans? Jeb Bush lost the Gubernatorial race in Florida 4 years ago because Lawton Chiles did a "scare the old people because Jeb Bush wants to take your SS and Medicare away from you" ad that saturated the airwaves in the last 2 weeks. Jeb lost the race because of the Democrats lies about the Republicans position on SS! Clinton's #1 scare tactic is that Republicans want to throw old people out in the street. Newt and the guys tried to do something about this and got shot down. If we could get some cooperation from your generation then maybe, by the time you are of the age to retire, SS could have finally been wound down. Until more support comes to the Republican side to do something about "entitlements" then nothing will change because the "entitlement" crowd is definitely in the Democrats line at the voting booth!
