M A,

with your broker experience, can you tell what will happen
with shorted shares when/if AGPH spins off the oncology company:

Will the new oncology shares belong to the registered shareholder
or the holder of shorted, borrowed shares?
As far as I know, any dividend is a loss for the shorter.

When a short position is covered, is it then necessary to buy
both types of shares in correct proportions?

I can't make out if the spin off is good/neutral/bad for the shorts?

ps
