Yes, AMD has a lot to lose.

#1) Capacity
#2) Market share
#3) Sales on K6-2
#4) New OEMs (since AMD can't make enough)

Do you really think AMD can get $200 ASP from OEMs? Absolutely not.
OEMs using AMD because it is cheaper.
