My best friend installs Peoplesoft for Hubeline (sp?). He told me the other day that there will be a lot of equipment replacement because the embedded chips CANNOT be replaced without replacing the motherboards , etc. Companies are replacing the entire computer instead of trying to upgrade. Y2k problem is causing this to happen. Now, I am not a tech person. Does the above make sense?? Good Luck BTW, he also said he is starting to see more and more Dell servers out there.
