Its almost sad that they had such a good earnings report today. It has the possiblity to feed the DOJ suit. Also I agree that the Supreme Court may not hear the case, but I think they would due to the size and impact of MSFT on the general market. However, if the prosecution manages to frame the suit in the form of the Standard Oil suit, the die would be cast for a break up as the precedent would have been set. But likely will take years, and I agree, lots of money to be made in the meantime.
