DJBEINO:

ALSC looks like they have drastically cut expenses. Current administrative operating expenses (assuming production can break even) are $6.308 million for the quarter. Uncle Sam will subsidize a part of that with carry back losses.

The unusual part is ALSC's decision to pay off most of their accounts payable. This leaves them with only $12 million in operating cash. This is not enough to last them very long. Maybe 6 months. This does not represent a long term strategy to remain in business. No real sources of additional funds except by selling off the fab assets. (Stock offerings, bonds and bank financing seem unavailable.)

Kinda looks like a sale or liquidation coming up. May be an interesting play. Only downside is the Canadian lawsuit.
