Re. Federal Registry publication.

I imagine most of you have noticed the fact that we are still awaiting publication of the D.O.I.'s positive Final Determination in the Federal Registry. The F.R. is the publication of record for official decisions rendered within the U.S. Government. Needless to say, the F.R. is widely, and closely followed.

My belief is that there is a brief delay between when the decision was announced and when it is actually published. In other words, I expect that the official notice will appear in the F.R. any day now. I've no idea what impact the publication will have on Sungold, but I believe it will draw much attention to the Gun Lake Band. If anyone wants to follow this themselves, here's the link to the F.R.
