Hello Andy, One must do some digging but this will help.

The ones of interest are March 10, 1998 at (3.50, 3.75, 3.50). They have been extended to March 10 1999, March 10 2000 and March of 2001. Interesting to note that Canacrap, Porkton and Eagle Partners had their's at lower levels. On Nov. 1, 775,000 paper comes up at $1.16.
