Check out ONTC. It's moving right now. I think it'll run up to 7.75 by mid-Feb, based on the technicals. Following the thread, I agree the fundamentals on the co. look good.

As we all know, however, fundamentals don't mean much if the MARKET doesn't appreciate them.

Check the 1 year plot, this co. runs between definite limits.
