1. Is there any reason to be excited about SoftQuad Inc re: HoTMetal Pro 5.0 launch, HMAPPS NT, XMetaL...or is the sale a done deal and the announcement is merely a function of NewKidCo critical path nodes? and

2. Will SoftQuad Inc be divested in three parts? 1--Panorama 2--HMAPPSe-commerce Power Partner Program 3--HoTMetaL Pro 5.0/XMetaL?

3. Will the divestiture amount(s) be significant?
