Bill, MEO did exactly what you are saying. MEO flew the ACA pipes and then paid for the interpretation etc. It was then that they took this to Kennecott and Kennecott took it from there. This is why JRs. like Victory want to team up with MEO now since they can get there property looked at in the right light. It is also why Everest should do well in the near future because they have this technology now since they share management with MEO.
