CompUSA in Santa Clara, CA may not be representative of ALL their stores, but I stopped going there because of poor service! (long checkout lines with only 2 checkouts open, hard to get advice, demo printers out of order etc). I compare to Fry's, which at least has the checkout problem solved. So we must ask if CompUSA's woes are isolated or industry-wide. Does anyone know? Gottfried
