Shares out = 1,278,000,000 is that BILLION?

So, if Dell say hits 120 again, and they split like last time, we now have 2,556,000,000 shares out.

Those numbers dispite sales are enough to scare this novice away. 3 years has taught me not to touch over priced stocks. Maybe good for trading, but in my opinion there are allot of better values out there with more upside.

Is my math right??????
