J.B.C: Ericy capitulates, Siemens sets up camp in San Diego. What's next? I do not need to speak on behalf of Ericsson and I haven't. I have informed the group of what Ericsson might do. With respect to Ericy capitulates, Webster's II New Riverside Dictionary defines capitulate as An instrument containing the terms of surrender. As far as we know, Ericsson has not surrendered since they haven't dropped the suit, the have just dropped 8 out of 11 patents, 3 are still being disputed. dave
