Anthony Vance publishes a newsletter on HI Tech Stocks. In the article he portents that small cap stocks will shift their interest away from investment firm and attempt to attract the small investors. Is this a strategy for the future? How would Alydaar implement it and what is the role of IR? What are the benefits or limitations in this strategy? NJ Investors believes this is a very radical approach for Alydaar and most likely requires additional or new talents.
