Paul, I tried to add my 2 cents yesterday, and had good old NS 4.5 freeze and destroy it before I could finish. Here's a quick second try:

Looks like an excellent machine. I also agreed 100% with both Dan's and Spot's on-point feedback. Dan in particular said most of what I would have, at least as well as I could have said it. :) I have the bh6 Oc'd celeron combo, and have been extremely happy with it: not so much as a burp since I finally diagnosed the bad memory problem outlined in earlier posts.

One additional thought: you might check out the All-In-Wonder Pro for your AGP card, rather than the Expert series. This board was the reference combo board for Win 98: it does TV, video capture, and a host of other things. You could monitor CNBC or any of the new internet based TV services without using separate boards or monitors. It would also support your multi-monitor setup, and the price was just cut from $300 to around $110 after a $20 rebate. Useful writeups on this board and related matters can be found at these spots:

nytimes.com

angelfire.com

The latter site is very comprehensive, and includes all the ATI boards.

Good luck,

Dave
