Hi keith. I'm trying to figure out if this effects me more to the good or to the bad?

Well my immediate impression is that it is good! However, knowing the Canadian exchanges,.. they will find some reason to exert "protectionism" and make it "second rate access" for Canadians, and a "first-rate access" for everyone else!!

Today should be a good trading day. I noticed an unusually large selloff on the NASDAQ yesterday in the Teckies! IBM has reported good profits so, some home grown stuff should move up enough to make a reasonable profit. Keith, whats your call on Transportation? Are we likely to see anything on the airlines today?

More and more headlines are insinuating the "Bear is over" even if not true, it should still allow us some great trading opportunities this week!! I think mining/gold stocks are toast for the week! Maybe a look at some mid/cap communications companies would work as well!! Financials have topped out for the week IMHO, they should be a sideways slide till next week!

Is this a "Bull rally in a bear market"??..... some of the numbers comming out are certainly convincing!!

PS Netscape users! 4.5 is now available (replaces 4.05 &4.07)
