When is the CC scheduled for ENVY?

Judging by their press release so far, it didn't sound like they were going to restate(and Young supposedly agreed). Or do you feel that they are just blowing smoke at this point?

Planning on shorting more, but will probably have to cover a position to do it. THinking LBOR.
