Happy to find this place, Crusader. Hello everyone. I have been following Fenway since December as an environmental journalist based in Palawan. Watch out for January 17. There will be a PCSD meeting here. The NGOs are taking PCSD to task for issuing a controversial resolution "authorizing" the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to issue an ECC to the project last November 15. Nowhere is it written that the PCSD can command the DENR to issue a clearance. Believe me, the DENR in Manila is laughing at this. This is not the first time PCSD looked ridiculous. I can tell you more, really. Happy New Year!
