I'd like to hear people's opinions on possible remedies that may be levied against MSFT if they should lose this case. Let's assume for a minute that MSFT loses this trial. What will happen?? Will they be forced to spin off their operating system operations as a separate company? Will they be forced to unbundle the MS Office suite? Will they be forced to stop "asking" ISP's to use MS Explorer?

I'd be very interested in what everyone else is thinking. Frankly, I don't see any of these scenarios having a terrible impact on MSFT except for the first thing I mentioned (divesting O/S).

TIA - Craig
