Doug, I listened into the CC: The company indicated that the Q2 problems were overcome. Workforce reduced. QC better. Busisness improving fairly fast with a B/B in Sept of 1.56, 4 new customers including Dell Zerox, and Samsung. IBM still biggest at 24% doing 9 gig HDD.SEagate is now 12%. Design activity up 22% at 172 with 91 going into startup activities . SAP system working well. Lots of time spent on debt and financing. Cash flow OK and funded losses,SAP and other CAP ex. CAPEX = depreciation for year at 22 mill. Breakeven is low 40s after cost reduction which is what they should do in Q4. Q1 of 99 should leverage up profitwise IMO based on new costs and better business closer to their original estimates for Q4 at beginning of year. Definitley a turnaround.
