AV--I am working on it now. saving the document as a mac for word document didn't seem to work. A community member sent me the newsletter back in pdf format. I haven't figured out how to save it or forward it to you yet since it opens up automatically. I am working on it right now. It also seems like certain Eudora email packages are having issues. try to download Acrobat Reader 3.0 if you would like to try this experiment.
