To be sure, MCK-HBO is a different animal than the HBOC "pure play." However, I'm willing to give McCall a chance and see what he can do with his new toy over the next 12-18 months. There is little competition in this space for these guys. I expect sure and steady on annual net income >18%. Deworsification (stupid buying/merging) will be the danger... JS.
