Skeeter Bug, Fisher observed that high YE market P/Es are followed
by a rising market the next year more often than not. Those are
verifiable facts. Whether anyone chooses to invest under such
overvalued conditions is his decision. If the decision is to
stay on the side lines, the investor will lose out on a lot
of upside potential according to Fishers findings.

I don't advocate one or the other.
