Dear John: Every significant price move of any individual common stock in relation to stocks as a whole occurs because of a changed appraisal of that stock by the financial community. Perhaps the market is gaining confidence in Actrade's management, the TAD market and/or much greater growth in the future. Who knows? Remember as ACRT continues to grow its sales and profits, more and more investors should take notice. I have no idea why ACRT was trading at $6.5 three weeks ago and now it trades at $7.75.
