Dear NJ Investors: Well, seems to me it takes a lot of small investors to make one Institution!! Right now all ALYD has is small investors to my knowledge. Hasnt done a damn thing for us. Here is the problem as I see it (outside of y2k only problem) right now there are a MULTITUDE of excellent small cap companies selling at ridiculously low prices. As a rule that is the small investor haven as most funds wont buy in. Trouble is there is only so many small investors out there and how does ALYD who hasnt yet proved that it has life after 2,000 attract enough of them to make it happen for us?? No, I think the wise choice is to try and get a visionary fund interested in ALYD. To do that they are going to have to PROVE TO THEM on a face to face basis that they have an excellent business plan after 2,000 and that it will be properly executed. Thats my humble opinion. JDN
