John, Because the lemmings, as you put it, do panic and sell on any negative rumor they unwittingly and unnecessarily affect the price of a good stock...For that reason analysts like Kumar know, or should know, that ambiguous negative remarks they make will have heavily negative effect on gullible investors...The problem there is that it artificially delays the natural progression of a good stock.. This negatively affects the "strong hands" holding Dell for the long run...
