"Recently, however, the largest vaccine manufacturer in the world decided that it is interested in buying this small company's product to the tune of $31 million plus $900,000 up front. Further, the worlds largest vaccine manufacturer wants to buy 1.3 million shares at a price that would be about 97% higher than today's closing price." The deadline for announcing whether or not this deal will go through is October 30, 1998.
