Agree. This may be an attempt to shake the shorts - who have got to be thinking "upside liability exceeds downside reward". Short term, I can't argue. Long term the only thing that'll keep us above the $1 line - well, they had a chance to produce something suitable for near two years now - when they had a whole lot left to lose.
